Atwater Men’s Sergeant Jacket

I’m sorry to report, just in case you didn’t know already, that summer is at it’s end and the winter months are on their way. It’s time to think about wrapping up warm.
We’re going to start showcasing some of the stuff that will keep you warm when the cold comes, and what better way to start than with this stylish lightweight jacket from Atwater? They’re a relatively new clothing brand, although as much as we tried to get you the details, we can’t find out when Atwater started life, their own site is ‘coming soon’ and they don’t even have a wikipedia page!
What we do know however, is that inconspicuous as they may be, Atwater are producing some great looking threads, and we’re going to be running a few more features on their stuff over the coming weeks. This piece that we’ve got here is perfect for the autumn, and although it wouldn’t hold up on a skiing trip, it will keep the cold out in any normal situation.
It’s made of 100% cotton, and I’m really liking the big furry rim around the hood. A cold windswept neck is a personal hate, so that’s a huge plus, and the tight elastic wrists will keep the your arms warm. As well as being functional, it’s really casual and stylish, so you don’t have to look like an eskimo, which is a big plus for anyone.
Unfortunately our American cousins are the only ones stocking Atwater right now, but you can order it from Style Rocket who will deliver to the UK. It’s up for $99, which at the moment is about £60, which for a winter jacket is very good value.
